Rail tie plate, also known as iron tray, is made of galvanized steel plate or other metal materials. It can eliminate the occurrence of rust (can be treated by electrostatic spraying). It is economic and environmental friendly and can be recycled. It is especially used for export without fumigation, high-temperature disinfection or anti-corrosion treatment. It can be used as a base plate to prevent moisture.

After weighting treatment, the iron base plate overcomes the bulkiness and easy damage of the wooden tray, the fear of water and sunshine of the paper tray, and the expensive and high-temperature deformation and aging of the plastic tray. Iron backing plate is the mainstream of backing plate industry in the future. The reason is that it overcomes many shortcomings and gathers many advantages in one, so it will lead the trend of backing plate.
